之前到工研院面試，在等待那走不開的主管的那段時間，我跟通知我面試的人事小姐聊了一下。
人際關係果然是最難搞的。
她說工研院離職的大多都是因為跟上司不合，而不是那邊的環境不好。我聽了深有感觸。
