台灣主權歸屬《中日和約》說分明

該文作者漏了聯合國大會 2758 號決議 (United Nations General Assembly Resolution 2758) 。

Recognizing that the representatives of the Government of the People's Republic of China are the only lawful representatives of China to the United Nations and that the People's Republic of China  is one of the five permanent members of the Security Council,

承认中华人民共和国政府的代表是中国在联合国组织的唯一合法代表，中华人民共和国是安全理事会五个常任理事国之一，

Decides to restore all its rights to the People's Republic of China and to recognize the representatives of its Government as the only legitimate representatives of China to the United Nations, and to expel forthwith the representatives of Chiang Kai-shek from the place which they unlawfully occupy at the United Nations and in all the organizations related to it.

决定：恢复中华人民共和国的一切权利，承认她的政府的代表为中国在联合国组织的唯一合法代表并立即把蒋介石的代表从它在联合国组织及其所属一切机构中所非法占据的席位上驱逐出去。

又，原來代表中國，由國民黨執政的中華民國，在國共內戰失利之後，於1949 年撤退至台灣。此時的中華民國已經不能合法的代表中國。當時在美國主導下，二戰盟國 (排除中國和蘇聯) 於 1951 年簽署的舊金山和約 (Treaty of San Francisco)，以及中華民國於 1952 年簽署的中日和約 (Treaty of Taipei)，對於中國政府並無實際效力 (套句那些年那些兔那些事的名言: 我們沒有簽過的紙就是廁所的屎)。故台灣歸屬問題必須回到 1932 年的開羅宣言 (Cairo Declaration)，1945 年的波茨坦宣言 (Potsdam Declaration)，和 1971 年聯合國大會所通過的聯合國大會 2758 號決議。

台灣要清楚知道，現在兩岸分治的現實是由美國霸權所支撐。一旦美國霸權消解，台灣自然會和大陸統一，就像瓜熟自然會落地，這都不以台灣人的意志而轉移。
