日本成為正常國家的唯一辦法，就是學前西德總理威利·布蘭特 (Willy Brandt) 的華沙之跪 (Warschauer Kniefall)，跪在盧溝橋、七三一部隊遺址和南京大屠殺紀念碑之前向中國人謝罪，並將歷史教科書中關於二戰罪行相關的部分，交由中韓兩國審定。這樣就不需要受美國控制，拿普通日本百姓的性命向美國輸誠。金燦榮教授反覆提到日本當前的身分是假釋犯，其實就是在說波茨坦宣言 (Potsdam Declaration)。我估計中國國內學者已經研究好怎麼使用這項宣言 (全文):
7. Until such a new order is established and until there is convincing proof that Japan's war-making power is destroyed, points in Japanese territory to be designated by the Allies shall be occupied to secure the achievement of the basic objectives we are here setting forth.
（七）直至如此之新秩序成立時，及直至日本製造戰爭之力量業已毀滅，有確定可信之證據時，日本領土經盟國之指定，必須占領，俾吾人在此陳述之基本目的得以完成。
我認為該宣言僅從法理上給予中國依據。至於是否能夠執行，還需要視中國實力而定。
可能又有一些人想把中華民國抬出來說事:
1. We-the President of the United States, the President of the National Government of the Republic of China, and the Prime Minister of Great Britain, representing the hundreds of millions of our countrymen, have conferred and agree that Japan shall be given an opportunity to end this war.
（一）余等：美國總統、中華民國國民政府主席及英國首相代表余等億萬國民，業經會商，並同意對日本應予以一機會，以結束此次戰事。
但是我想可以用聯合國大會 2758 號決議 (United Nations General Assembly Resolution 2758) 直接打臉。
Recognizing that the representatives of the Government of the People's Republic of China are the only lawful representatives of China to the United Nations and that the People's Republic of China is one of the five permanent members of the Security Council,
承认中华人民共和国政府的代表是中国在联合国组织的唯一合法代表，中华人民共和国是安全理事会五个常任理事国之一，
Decides to restore all its rights to the People's Republic of China and to recognize the representatives of its Government as the only legitimate representatives of China to the United Nations, and to expel forthwith the representatives of Chiang Kai-shek from the place which they unlawfully occupy at the United Nations and in all the organizations related to it.
决定：恢复中华人民共和国的一切权利，承认她的政府的代表为中国在联合国组织的唯一合法代表并立即把蒋介石的代表从它在联合国组织及其所属一切机构中所非法占据的席位上驱逐出去。
中華民國代表中國的合法地位已經被中華人民共和國所取代。自然，中華人民共和國有行使波茨坦宣言的權力。
另外，在閱讀聯合國大會 2758 號決議的維基百科英文版時，我注意到聯合國的多邊條約最後條款 (FINAL CLAUSES OF MULTILATERAL TREATIES) 有以下一段話:
The Secretary-General follows the advice of the General Assembly when he receives instruments relating to a treaty from an entity whose claim to being a State raises questions for the United Nations. It is not uncommon for the Secretariat (the appropriate unit would be the Office of Legal Affairs) to be consulted by negotiating parties when a difficulty in this respect is anticipated. Given the requirements of ST/SGB/2001/7, the Office of Legal Affairs is now in a position to draw the attention of the negotiating parties to any likely difficulty in this regard.
在收到其作为一个国家的权利要求给联合国带来问题的实体有关某项条约的文书时，秘书长遵循大会的指导意见。在预见这方面会有困难时谈判各方向秘书处（合适的单位将是法律事务厅）咨询的做法并不罕见。鉴于ST/ SGB/2001/7号文件的要求，法律事务厅现在能够提请谈判各方注意这方面任何可能的困难。
For example, regarding the Taiwan Province of China, the Secretary-General follows the General Assembly’s guidance incorporated in resolution 2758 (XXVI) of the General Assembly of 25 October 1971 on the restoration of the lawful rights of the People’s Republic of China in the United Nations. The General Assembly decided to recognize the representatives of the Government of the People’s Republic of China as the only legitimate representatives of China to the United Nations. Hence, instruments received from the Taiwan Province of China will not be accepted by the Secretary-General in his capacity as depositary.
例如，关于中国台湾省，秘书长遵循大会1971年10月25日关于恢复中华人民共和国在联合国合法权利的第2758（XXVI）号决议所载的大会指导意见。大会决定承认中华人民共和国政府的代表为中国在联合国惟一合法的代表。因此，秘书长将不会以他作为保存人的身分接受中国台湾省寄来的文书。
想脫掉中華民國的馬甲，改換上台灣這張皮的路早就已經被堵死。台灣要清楚知道，目前她還未和中國統一，只是因為美國霸權在背後撐著。 當然，台灣可以繼續幻想中國即將要崩潰，我也沒意見。
再退一萬步，就算台灣想學安倍晉三玩弄文字 (法律) 遊戲，看看底下的圖就知道不可能。
錯字連篇、語法錯誤和邏輯不通的東西，你也敢拿到國際上丟人現眼?
